THE 2010 WESTERN FAIRS BLUE RIBBON AWARD WINNER BARBARA APPLING (CENTER) WAS SURPRISED WHEN FAIR MANAGER BRIAN BULLIS (RIGHT) PRESENTED IT TO HER ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. APPLING SHARED THE HONOR WITH JOHNNY HOGAN, WHO WORKED FOR THE FAIR FOR 30 YEARS BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY EARLIER THIS YEAR.
