Thank you
We recently had a huge scare and potentially could have lost our home. A car was driving up Darrah Road experiencing mechanical issues that caused it to catch fire. The fire ignited the grass along the road and ended up burning over a quarter acre of our yard. A special thank you goes out to Tony Bishop, who happened to be driving by our house and saw the flames. He turned around, called 911, and began spraying the flames with our garden hose. Several other neighbors came by to help and the fire crews worked hard to put out the fire. They stopped the flames 20 feet from our house. If it weren't for the great efforts from these wonderful people, we could have come back to just charred remains of our home. Thank you so much for saving our pets and home. We just lost a pet the day before, so losing anymore could not be imaginable. I am proud to be a resident in such a wonderful community.
