Christina White

Christina White, 48, of Mariposa passed unexpectedly into the arms of the Lord on Aug. 25. She was born Nov. 13, 1961.

She is survived by her loving son Zackori Reyman of Mariposa; daughter, Desiere White of Fresno; mother, Genieveve Schwandt of Arizona; sisters, Deborah Zimmermann, Terry White, Kimberly White, Heather Arevalo; and brother, Dale White.

Her large and loving family and many friends celebrated her life in Ripon, Aug. 29 with fond memories of her zeal and love.

Christina was a loving, helping person who brought joy to the lives of those around her. She was taking classes to help victims of domestic violence and those of battered families. She had been working as a caregiver for the nowdeceased Hans and Florence Anderson of Mariposa. Her love and management with them was a perfect example of the person she was.

Christina's adventurous love of life and devotion to a primary spiritual quest will help sustain all in this time of our loss. Her smile in the face of challenges, her family will always remember.
