THE 2010-11 GRIZZLY BOOSTERS OFFICERS ARE PICTURED FROM LEFT, LORI SCHERF, MAGGIE HOLMES, PAULINE PENROSE, JEANNE CASNER, MARGARITA KING, MARY BRITT, CHRIS CHASE, DINA LAMBERT, LYNN NORTHROP AND KIM MURDOCK. The Mariposa Grizzly Boosters Club has announced the new officers for the upcoming 2010-2011 school year: President Jeanne Casner, Vice President/Sober Grad Coordinator Kim Murdock, Secretary Lori Scherf, and Treasurer Mary Britt.

Included are the following coordinators for the different Grizzly Booster activities: clothing, Cathy Foraker/Dina Lambert; Green and Gold drawing, Annette Wardle; publicity, Margarita King; staff appreciation, Lynn Northrop; academic letter/Pioneer receipts, Maggie Holmes. There are still three coordinator positions unfilled: home games gate, banquet, membership. At this time, Kim Murdock is also the interim membership coordinator until the position is filled.

The Mariposa County High School Grizzly Booster Club provides parents of MCHS students and members of this community an opportunity to be involved with the Mariposa youth. The Grizzly Boosters support many MCHS programs such as Associated Student Body activities, academic letter program, Sober Grad Night, sports gate duty, sports banquets, and other academic programs.

The Grizzly Boosters meet every first Monday of the month unless it is a holiday which then moves to the second Monday. The September meeting will be held on Sept. 13 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 28. For any questions, call Murdock at 742-2190.
