Mildred J. “Millie” Tettleton of Palm Desert, passed away on Aug. 8.

Millie was born on Sept. 17, 1917. She lived in Mariposa for many years and always called it her home.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Tettleton; her son, Ric Oliver of Rancho Mirage; and Earl’s children, Susan Hallgren, Larry Tettleton, and David Tettleton.

Millie will be remembered as a great mother and as a friend to all whom she encountered. Memorial services will be held on Aug. 20, at 11 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuary at 69855 E. Ramon Road, Cathedral City, CA 92234.
