Johnny and Keith at Bootjack Feed and Equipment deserve some appreciation and thanks.
I know everyone has stepped up to do their part in this Grizzly Stadium project, but I had their little excavator rented for another job I was doing. We ran into some changes and needed it one more day. When I called to ask if we could keep it another day, Johnny said that Bill Verley had called, wanting to reserve it to dig the goal post anchors at the field. I told Johnny that I would work that out with Bill, and that I would just dig the goal posts for Bill, on my way back, when I finished my job.
When we returned the excavator they deducted a half day’s rent on the machine and wouldn't let me pay for it, as a part of their contribution to the stadium efforts.
It may not seem like much to some, but in these times, I know it is difficult to stay in business. The way everyone has contributed has been great and I wouldn't want anyone's efforts to go completely unnoticed.
