Habitat for Humanity of Mariposa is still accepting vehicles through its Cars for Homes program, which has already raised $5,000 toward the building of Habitat's first home in Mariposa.

Anyone interested can contact the Habitat office at 966-7444 to donate or if there are questions about this program which is run by Habitat for Humanity International. The organization has volunteers who can walk donors through the steps needed to make a donation.
