Once again, Manna House of Mariposa will be able to provide shoe vouchers to needy school aged children. The vouchers will be available for children entering the Head Start program through students entering their senior year of high school.

Beginning Monday, Aug. 2, residents may come to Manna House between 10 a.m. and p.m. Monday through Friday to receive a Payless Shoe Source card for each eligible student. Each voucher has value of $15.

It is through the support of Mariposa County residents that Manna House is able to continue this program. Organizers are grateful for the community’s assistance and appreciate donations to the program.

Anyone who wants to donate to this project can come to Manna House during the abovementioned hours or send a donation to P.O. Box 1484, Mariposa, CA, 95338, designating it for shoes.
