ICES helps with child care costs

Infant/Child Enrichment Services (ICES) is a public non-profit agency that helps parents find child care, and aids families with the cost of child care.

Those who have children under age 13, and are working, seeking employment, enrolled in school or a training program and whose family’s gross monthly income is less than 75 percent of the State Median Income, ICES has a program that pays for child care costs in the child care program of the parents’ choice.

Parents can apply for this program at http://www.icesagency. org or call ICES at (209) 966-4474 to receive a Centralized Eligibility List application. Once parents complete this application they will be put on an eligibility list for child care services. The eligibility list is ranked according to family size and income and families are enrolled as funding is available.
