John C. Fremont Medical Clinic will be doing sports physical exams at no charge for Mariposa County students. In order to take part in the sports programs, students will need to get a preparticipation physical evaluation from the school, and pass a sports physical exam. John C. Fremont Medical Clinic is holding two free clinics for the students, the first is on Saturday, July 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the next is on Saturday, July 24, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Physicals will be provided on a walk-in basis, not by appointment.

A parent or legal guardian must sign a “Release to Treat Minor” form before the exam can be given, so parents/guardians please accompany their children. The preparticipation physical evaluation forms are available from the high school, and will also be available at the clinic. The form needs to be completed prior to the exam being given.
