The Mariposa Church of Christ, located at 5259 Highway 49 North, will be giving away a free hot dog, chips and a drink on Saturday, July 10, from noon to 3 p.m. for as long as they last, on the lawn area behind the building.

This is being done to promote an upcoming Vacation Bible School for children through the sixth grade beginning Sunday, July 18 through Wednesday, July 21, every evening from 6 to 8 p.m. This is to be presented by the high school youth group of the Woodward Park Church of Christ in Fresno, under the direction of Andy Frizzell, youth minister.

There will also be an adult Bible class presented by Michael Hefley, Mariposa Church of Christ minister, on “Christ and His Church.” There will be a question and answer period.
