Surprised by criticism

I have always found Mariposa to be a town of tremendous service. Even going to the department of motor vehicles where the ladies working there are swamped, you are still greeted with a smile. In this tough economy service is everything, we the consumer have choices and its the service we recieve that stays in our mind. I have always been pleased with the local credit union here in Mariposa due to its outstanding member service. They always went above and beyond, there never was a long wait and you were always greeted once you walked through the door. I have referred many people to this credit union just because of the service.

Well I am disappointed to say that is no longer a factor there. Due to staff changes the service has well disappeared. The girls working the teller line now work without help from their new supervisor. There is a line out the door, one teller working and the supervisor is at her computer not assisting, not helping not even looking up. So it is sad to say but the service at our local credit union is just gone. I don't appreciate a supervisor who will not help her employees but most of all her members. It is so disrespectful and I the consumer have options and will be evaluating them now. So I am sorry to the hard-working girls there, that are stuck with a supervisor who doesn't care but I will not put up with it anymore.
