At about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night most of Mariposa County and Yosemite National Park lost all of its electrical power from Pacific Gas & Electric.
According to Nicole Liebet, a spokesperson for PG&E, “We had a sustained outage that affected 12,175 customers in the area of Mariposa, Indian Flat, Bear Valley, and Yosemite National Park.”
Liebet said that at around 10:30 p.m. power was restored to 10,000 customers, and the other 2,175 customers had the lights back on by 11:30 p.m.
