Spotlight Call of the Week: May 11, Multi-vehicle accident on Highway 49 South. Upon hearing the accident from his home Lt. Keith Pearson of Company #37 Bootjack notified 911 dispatch.

Three vehicle were involved with five patients. Three patients transported to two San Joaquin Valley hospitals, two via air-med, one by ground ambulance. One patient transported to John C. Fremont by private vehicle. One patient died at scene. One dog transported via animal control to a local veterinarian for care.
