Supervisor Janet Bibby added, “Thank you for everything you do,” she said to the honorees. “You are amazing.” Supervisor Jim Allen called Mariposa County’s emergency response system “the best, without a doubt, in the state.”
The honorees are Dr. Charles Neumann of John C. Fremont Hospital, emergency room nurse Wendy Gillespie of John C. Fremont Hospital, paramedics Amy Clubb of Mercy Medical Transport and Shannon Jolley of Yosemite Medical Clinic, emergency medical technicians Marcella Good of the Mariposa County Fire Department and Jessica DeMartin of Yosemite Medical Clinic, and first responder Ron Setterberg of MCFD.
