I am writing in support of Lee Stetson for District 1 Supervisor. For over 30 years my home has been in District 1 and during that time I have worked with Lee as a member of the Merced Canyon Committee and the El Portal Town Planning Advisory committee. Lee knows both, Midpines, where he now resides, El Portal where he lived for many years, and Yosemite Valley where he has performed his one-man show for many years. He communicates well with the National Park Service and knows how to get things done in emergencies like the Ferguson Slide. Lee Stetson has the energy, creativity, and desire to lead the communities in District 1, as well as the rest of the county, in meeting the changes and challenges of these times.
