On Monday, April 19, Mariposa and Woodland Elementary Schools will have kindergarten registration for parents who plan to enroll students for the 2010-11 school year. Registration for Mariposa Elementary School will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the MES multi-purpose room.

Registration for Woodland School will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Woodland multi-purpose room. Anyone whose child lives in the Mariposa or Woodland attendance areas and will be 5-years-old on or before Dec. 2, 2010, is eligible to attend law requires that all immunizations must be up-to-date before admission to kindergarten.

Also, children are required to have on file a Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) exam before entry into kindergarten. Information and forms regarding the required physical exam will be available.
