The River Rock Deli Garden Inn and Cafe will hold a special event to benefit a scholarship program for Mariposa County High School students involved in art, drama and music. The unique art show will take place Wednesday, April 28 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the River Rock, 4993 Seventh Street.

The scholarship program will be run through MCHS teachers Pete Bothwell, Bryan Starchman and Rod Fiester. The deli will be serving a variety of food and drinks, and the local band “Failed Logic” with guest musicians, will perform throughout. Fifty percent of the profits from food and beverage sales will go directly to the scholarship program.

The art show is being hosted by Tricia Louise Tracy. An array of local artists will have pieces on display.
