Park YonkerThe Fifth District Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the Mariposa County District Attorney’s Office in regard to a case against Isaac Park Yonker of Mariposa. The decision means that the Mariposa County District Attorney’s Office could prosecute Yonker again for the November, 2008, child stealing charges he faced.

Yonker moved in superior court to set aside the information on the grounds that he had been committed without reasonable or probable causeand that he had not been legally committed by a magistrate. Visiting Judge David DeVore granted the motion.
