Paramedics load a young girl aboard medi-flight for treatment of nearly drowning on Tuesday morning.A 15-month-old girl was rescued from a pond on Davis Road on Tuesday morning after family members found her there. The child’s parent started CPR, and she was reportedly breathing and crying when the ambulance arrived. She was taken by air ambulance to UC Davis Medical Center.
