The Mariposa County Fair has listed important dates for livestock exhibitors. They are as follows:

Birth Dates for Market Animals:
Chevon	Jan. 1, 2010 or after
Chicken	June 11, 2010 (not over 12 weeks)
Turkeys	April 30, 2010 (not over 18 weeks)
Ducks	April 2, 2010 (not over 6 months)
Geese	April 2, 2010 (not over 6 months)
Pigeons	April 2, 2010 (not over 6 months)
Rabbits	June 27, 2010 (not over 70 days)
Ownership Dates (minimum time):
Leased Horses	April 25, 2010 (120 days)
Beef	May 7, 2010 (120 days)
Sheep, Hogs & Chevon July 5, 2010 (60 days)
Rabbits, Poultry & Pigeons Aug. 5, 2010 (30 days)

All independent junior exhibitors must fill out an affidavit and submit a photo of the animal by the ownership dates listed above.
