I suffered a fractured hip after falling this past Jan. 1. I was stablized at John C. Fremont Hospital and transferred by ambulance to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto for surgery. After several days, I returned to John C. Fremont Hospital and recovered very nicely.

I was sent home Jan. 11 under the care of the Home Health Department. The home visits from staff certainly helped my recovery. My heart-felt thanks to all who participated and “The Breakfast Club.” We are so fortunate to have this service available. Thank you all, especially Dr. Joseph Rogers who was in charge of both hospital care and at home.
