Mariposa County High School Drama and Chorus will present Disney’s “The Aristocats.” Performances will be in the Richard D. Fiester Auditorium on the MCHS campus. The musical will be presented on Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 7 at 2 p.m.

In Disney’s “The Aristocats,” Madame's jealous butler Edgar cat-naps Duchess and her Aristokittens and abandons them in the Parisian countryside. Thomas O'Malley and his rag-tag bunch of Alley Cats come to their rescue. This feline adventure is sure to get the audience tapping its feet to a jazzy beat, which includes the Disney favorites "The Aristocats," "Scales and Arpeggios" and "Ev'rybody Wants to Be a Cat." This musical is rated G and is directed by Bryan Starchman and Rod Fiester.

Tickets can be purchased at the box office one hour prior to show time or can be reserved by calling 742-0260 extension 201. Tickets are $7 for general admission and $6 for children, students with ASB cards, and senior citizens.
