Better than Captain Hook

I understand after reading your letter to the editor why you are so familiar with Never Never land. Your entire letter is based on innuendo, conjecture and down right false statements. Who are you and what do you know about Theresa Castaldi, her budget, her investors and the local contractors she has worked with. You know nothing; you simply spew out false information without facts or even a shred of support for what you are saying.

Your statement that Coyote Springs Ranch is not permitted to do business is absolutely false.

You did however make one true statement, Ms. Castaldi did pull over 40 permits and as a matter of fact over 20 of those permits were fully executed with proper inspections and finalized by the county. It is also true that certain county officials have put forth a concerted effort to interrupt and stop Ms. Castaldi’s project by withholding inspections and trying to alter the use of some of her remaining permits.

As far as Ms. Castaldi running for supervisor, she has probably spent more money in this county than most, and has been in the business field for over 23 years. That should put her at the top for supervisor candidates.

Ms. Kelly you are a classic example of what has made Mariposa County the lowest income per capita in the state. Mariposa County has one of the 10 wonders of the world with just under 4 million people visiting a year, yet the county lives on grants, has an extreme high level of unemployment, high crime rate, nothing for kids to do, and no opportunity for high school graduates. However you and a handful of people feel it is necessary to criticize Ms. Castaldi who has put her life savings and ten years on the line building a facility that will make more jobs, more opportunity, and more money for the county. Instead of criticizing someone that is trying to bring more jobs and opportunity to the county, why don’t you help convince the supervisors to remove (mentioned above) public officials who are trying to crush the life out of Coyote Springs Ranch, who has tried to shut down the airport terminal, tried to take away $200,000 from tourism, tried to take $150,000 from the chamber of commerce, and who is currently trying to expand a 400-acre TPA in Cathey’s Valley to a massive 18,000 acre oppressive, so-called community plan, against the will of the majority of property owners. That 18,000 acre plan is designed to take away people’s property rights, restrict future potential opportunities for expansion, restrict future jobs, restrict future income to the residents, and future income to the county. This type of action was taken in spite of the opposition by the majority of property owners and will surely be tried in court.

Oh by the way almost everybody would prefer to have Peter Pan in their neighborhood, rather than Captain Hook.

Some Peter Pan! Theresa

Some Peter Pan! Theresa incurred legal obligations over the years and made representations she chose not to keep, chosing bankruptcy instead of standing behind her word. Her ethics and methods are public record. And she's no friend of property owners, like myself, who she misled. She has not earned the credibility that you think she deserves......what goes around comes around.

Can someone please email me

Can someone please email me grizzlyfireguy@gmail.com with info on the Coyote Springs Ranch? I am not familiar and would like some info.
