Cold core storm bound for county
After a dry day today, rain and snow return to the area tonight and Tuesday. The National Weather Service (NWS) is calling for rain to begin falling tonight and continue throughout tomorrow.
NWS says this is a colder core storm that will lower snow levels to about 3,000 feet. There is also the possibility of thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon.
Another chance of rain is expected on Thursday and Friday, but next weekend is expected to be dry.
