Mariposa Safe Families is offering local businesses the opportunity to order warm and delicious bread bowls. This is Mariposa Safe Families first fund raiser, the community can help make it a successful one by encouraging everyone to place an order.

The fund raiser will take place on Thursday, Feb. 4,. Orders will be available for pick up or for in-town deliveries between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Bread bowl choices include clam chowder, chili and veggie chili along with a drink for $5. To keep the bread bowls from becoming soggy, the soup or chili will be put in a separate container.

Anyone interested in placing an order you can visit the Mariposa Safe Families Web site at www.mariposasafefamilies. org or call 966-2211. Orders forms are due by Thursday, Jan. 28 and payment will be collected on Feb. 4 when the bread bowls are delivered or picked up.

Money raised from the fund raiser will be used to support Mariposa Safe Families’ vision.
