How does Theresa Castaldi think she is even qualified to run for office? She and her aptly-named venture, Coyote Springs Ranch, by newspaper accounts have spent close to $10 million of investors’ money and is bankrupt now. Things were built apparently with no permits or inspecting done by the County.

Theresa Castaldi is, by the newspaper accounts, over $100,000 in arrears on property taxes (if this was you or I the county would have already taken our land.) This large amount of money didn’t accumulate overnight. Someone in the County needs to say how and why it got so high without some sort of action or enforcement taken?

With all of this, Theresa Castaldi wants a position of power, the right to plan our future and use our tax monies. It is almost laughable.
