MCRCD sells wildflower seeds

2009-12-17 / Local News

The Mariposa County Resource Conservation District is selling its popular wildflower seed mix and poppy seed packages for the 2009-10 growing season.

The seeds make good Christmas presents or stocking stuffers. They are packaged in half-pound bags, which cover about 1,700 square feet. Sales tax is included in the price. The wildflower mix is $15, and poppy seeds are $12.

Anyone interested can stop by the ag complex at the fairgrounds or call 966-3431. Shipping is also an option.
