A certified public truck scale is now available at the Mariposa County Landfill during regular hours of operation. The fee is $20 per vehicle.

The landfill is located at 5593 Highway 49 North about two miles from downtown Mariposa. It is open Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed Tuesday, Wednesday and holidays. For more information call 966-5156 or go online to www.mariposacounty.org/solidwaste.
