Houseboats.com announced the appointment of new management at its boatyard repair facility at Lake McClure Marinas. Austin Lesley and Bill Hill named co-managers of Lake McClure Boatyard located on McClure Point.

Hill started repairing and remodeling houseboats in 1994, and then in 1999 began building custom houseboats at Emerald Bay Custom Houseboats in Oroville. “I believe in courtesy, honesty and a job well done,” said Hill. “There isn’t anything we can’t do on a boat - if you can think of it, we can produce it.”

Lesley has been repairing and remodeling boats for over 10 years. He began as a rental fleet supervisor and soon began working with Hill at Emerald Bay Custom Houseboats. During that time, he attained a degree in business marketing.

The Lake McClure Boatyard is a full service yard offering houseboat retrieval, maintenance and repairs, part fabrication, routine inspections and upgrades. Hours are Monday through Saturday, year-round.
