The Mariposa County Grizzly cheer squad will hold a junior clinic from Nov. 9 through 12 at MCHS from 3 to 4:30 p.m. There will be no practice on Nov. 11 in observance of the Veterans’ Day holiday. Participants will perform at the Grizzlies’ Nov. 13 home football game.

Participants will receive a t-shirt and will perform with the Grizzly cheerleaders at half time. This year’s performance will be a special recognition for all veterans.

The cost is $30 per participant. All ages are welcome. Those planning to attend are asked to register by Friday, Nov. 6. Registration information is available by calling Kristie Mitchell, cheer advisor, at 742-0260, extension 234 or by e-mailing her at kmitchell@mariposa.k12.ca.us.
