Rick and Debbie Lobaugh would like to thank Rick and Julette Uebner for helping with our Adopt-A-Highway cleaning of the roadside along Highway 140 in Cathey’s Valley. It was a very hot day and their assistance was greatly appreciated. Also, anyone along that route who did not get their phone book which was thrown on the ground somewhere near their entrance or mailbox, give me a call and I will find a replacement for you.
